Refund Policy


In case of service discontinuation, the subscriber shall compulsorily return all the modems/Wi-Fi Router, Devices installed at customer premise (CPE) for creating wireless connectivity in working condition. In the event of the subscriber not being able to deliver the modem/Wi-Fi Router, CPE and Cable to the company, for reasons attributable to his/her action / account, the modem/Wi-Fi Router, CPE and Cable would be assumed to be permanently undeliverable to any person including the company. In such an event, including a case where the modem/Wi-Fi Router, CPE and Cable are delivered by the subscriber in non-working condition, the company would charge the subscriber Rs. 1,500 per modem/Wi-Fi Router, Rs. 5000/- towards CPE and Cable charges at actual @Rs. 25/- per meter not returned or returned in non-working condition towards penalty / damages for breach of the terms of service. This is applicable for all Broadband and Internet Leased Line customers

If the subscriber of any plan surrenders the connection, then:
1) The request for refund will be considered in case of MV NET’s inability to restore the connectivity due to reasons such as site out of service, due to permission issues or other situations with similar effect. No refund is applicable in any other cases.

3) In case of refund, Rs. 1500/- or installation charges corresponding to your plan, whichever is lower shall be adjusted / deducted towards installation.
4) Plan charges corresponding to the number of days / months of use / data transfer shall be payable / deducted from the upfront amount received to determine the refund, if any. A full month shall be counted in case the usage is for part of the month.

In case of Mobile Wi-Fi Recharges, all sales of Recharge are final and there will be no refund or exchange permitted. Please be advised that You are responsible for the mobile number or user name / account number you purchase Recharge for and all charges that result from those purchases. MV NET is not responsible for any purchase of Recharge for an incorrect mobile number or user name / account number.

Goods & Service Tax shall be accounted for against the charges stated above

Refund, if applicable, will be processed within 45 working days from the date of cancellation
